Burn Ban In Place For Cape Hatteras National Seashore

Due to abnormally dry conditions in North Carolina due to drought, a statewide burn ban has been put in place, meaning that beach fires are no longer allowed along the Outer Banks, including anywhere within Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
