Park roads like Generals Highway, Trail Ridge Road, Going-to-the-Sun Road, Skyline Drive, and the Blue Ridge Parkway take us through and to many amazing locations which we might not otherwise be able to access – at least, not without a long and perhaps arduous backcountry hike.
