Snow Falls in Death Valley National Park

Share

A recent winter storm left the Funeral Range at Death Valley National Park with a gorgeous dusting of snow. Photo by Jimmie Affholder.

Death Valley National Park hasn't been immune from the cold, snowy weather of late, as this photo of the Furnace Creek Inn shows.

While snow didn't make it all the way down to the valley floor, it did leave a beautiful dusting on the surrounding mountains. This photo, by Jimmie Affholder, shows the Funeral Mountains following a recent snowfall.
