100 National Park Quizzes

National park-themed quizzes have been a regular feature of Traveler since the first quiz was posted on May 8, 2008.  Initially offered every week, the quiz evolved into a monthly challenge that has entertained thousands of readers. Helping people learn about the parks has always been a central concern, too.  Every one of those quizzes was designed to educate as well as entertain.

The 100th quiz in the series was posted last month, and that's going to have to be enough for a while.  The Quizmeister needs to recharge his batteries, and the century mark seems as good a place as any to declare a hiatus.

We do hope to resume the quiz series during the coming year -- perhaps intermittently, and maybe with some format tweaks.  Meanwhile, if you'd like to explore the inventory, here is the master list with hotlinks.

I'm not sure whether to thank you or curse you, Bob.  On the one hand here is a chance to jump in and have a lot of fun with many quizzes I missed.

On the other hand, I have other things to do.

But I guess they will just have to wait . . . .

Kudos to Bob and Kurt for doing all this work on the quizzes. I forwarded this link on to our Crater Lake Institute Facebook fans. Rob :o)

Kudos to the professor, Rob. Kurt hasn't aced one yet, and so doesn't think of creating one!
