Reader Participation Day: What's On Your National Park Reading List?

Share

Throughout the year we get a fair number of national park-related books for review, but we couldn't possibly keep track of all new -- or old, yet worthy additions to any national park library -- books with park connections.

Which is where you, the reader, comes in. Which books would you recommend to fellow park lovers? Which books do you want to add to your own personal library?

Share us your thoughts on what titles are necessary for our bookshelves.

P.S. -- Next week we'll have a recap of the books we reviewed in 2011 ... and liked.

Enjoying it  very much

The Case of the Indian Trader: Billy Malone and the National Park Service Investigation at Hubbell Trading Post
I read it in one sitting.  A facinating read.

I love Case of the Indian Trader!

I just received for Christmas the Wilderness Warrior by Douglas Brinkley, the highly-acclaimed book about Theodore Roosevelt and the crusade for America. I have been wanting to dig into this for sometime and now will. The 817 pages devoted to one of America's most ardent conservatiion Presidents will be a treat to read.
