While comparatively few cases of Zika virus have been identified in the United States, the National Park Service has been working to keep visitors, and employees, on top of the situation and is recommending that everyone visiting National Park System sites in Florida, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico take precautions to ward off mosquitoes.

Three Days At Virgin Islands National Park

The Jeep maneuvered nimbly, but my nerves were definitely rattled. St. John’s rolling and pitching landscape features narrow, weary roads with blind curves and overhanging vegetation. Those challenges were compounded by driving on the “wrong side” of the road. It made me wonder just how much insurance coverage I had.
