
Blazing Star Arts Fused Glass will present a solo show and sale benefitting the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area from September 3 to October 29. The show, “Glass Reflections, Nature’s Inspiration,” features handmade artwork and functional art glass inspired by the Western National Parks and Recreation Areas.

- Location: Santa Monica Mountains Interagency Visitor Center at King Gillette Ranch, 26876 Mulholland Highway, Calabasas, 91302

• Sunday, October 8 - Artists Meet & Greet, 1p.m. - 3 p.m.
Bonnie Quintanilla and Sue Wolhaupter created 100+ pieces of fused glass fine art exclusively for this exhibit and sale, including sculptural pieces, wall and table art, and practical artware like bowls and plates.
“We are delighted to return to the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area with an entirely new collection of fused glass for this event. It’s an honor to support this local treasure,” said Bonnie Quintanilla, artist at Blazing Star Arts. “We believe that fused glass is a powerful medium that inspires people to appreciate, enjoy, and protect our natural world.”
