Some Restraint, Please

Share

I realize not everyone shares the same political affiliations or recreational outlets out there, but I'd appreciate it if we could reduce, if not eliminate, the cheap-shot political razzing and cheering and personal attacks that have been going on of late. It really detracts from the overall dialog.
A well-constructed argument is one thing, but some of the attacks that have been launched lately lend nothing to the overall discussion of the national park system and the myriad issues swirling about it. Those who can't temper their remarks will find them removed.

As a frequent NPT reader who is interested in open discussion of issues related to national parks and the National Park Service, I find National Parks Traveler to be an outstanding outlet for information and opinion. Thank you for announcing your editorial intention to keep it that way.
