Back-To-Back Storms Took Heavy Toll On Delaware Water Gap NRA

It could take "years" to clean up Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in the wake of back-to-back storms that downed thousands of trees, closed trails, and possibly damaged historic structures in the park that straddles the New Jersey-Pennsylvania border, according to Deputy Superintendent Keith Farrar.

Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore Campground Opens March 30

The 2018 camping season at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore’s Dunewood Campground starts on Friday, March 30. and runs through October 31. This National Park Service campground features 53 conventional drive-in sites and 12 walk-in sites. There are no electrical hookups, but there are modern restrooms and showers available. All sites are $25 per night.

Carving Through Big Cypress National Preserve In Search Of Oil
