National Park Mystery Photo 44: These Slickers are Not for Slackers

 Get ready to heave.

In which unit of the National Park System was this photo taken? What are these youngsters doing?

Readers who answer correctly will be eligible for our monthly prize drawing. This month the prize will be a Freedom of the Hills deck of cards from The Mountaineers. Each card features various mountaineering tips.

No cheating! If we catch you Googling or engaged in other sneakery of any description, we'll make you write on the whiteboard 100 times: "Due to the inclination of the moon's orbit and the resulting movement of the earth around the barycenter, and due as well to the perturbing influences on the earth's orbit by the other planets, the true sun is not always exactly on the ecliptic for a hypothetical observer at earth's center, but may be some arcseconds north or south of it."

The answer will be posted in tomorrow's Traveler. Meanwhile, we'll embargo that information so everybody can take a crack at it.
