Named in honor of the 26th president of the United States, this national park in North Dakota consists of three park units (North, South, Elkhorn Ranch) and covers over 70,000 acres rich in wildflower species, rugged badlands topography, and wildlife (pronghorn antelope, bison, wild horses, deer)..
