Two legal analyses have been added to the debate over whether President Trump can unilaterally rescind the designation of Bears Ears National Monument and, not surprisingly, they reach different conclusions.

Lanes entering Zion National Park’s South Entrance will be closed for 15 minute intervals between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4, and Wednesday, April 5, to prepare for moving the South Entrance Monument in order to accommodate more entrance lanes going forward.
