Brown Bears Fishing at Katmai National Park and Preserve

Brooks River Falls in Katmai National Park and Preserve is a popular fishing spot for brown bears, which manage to tolerate close quarters when the salmon are running.

The bears in the water are amazing. Thanks for sharing.

I can't wait to get there this week end with two of our 11 grandchildren.

That is an incredible image. The beauty reminds me of the Great Bear Rainforest which I visited last year. Nice to see nature at play in a safe place!
