Kelly Fellner Chosen As Superintendent Of Springfield Armory National Historic Site And Coltsville National Historical Park

National Park Service Northeast Region Director Gay Vietzke has named Kelly Fellner as the new superintendent of Springfield Armory National Historic Site in Massachusetts. She will also administer Coltsville National Historical Park, which is in the process of being established as an National Park Service site.
