Fall Storms Did At Least $73 Million in Damage to Olympic, Rainier and North Cascades

Share

    Seventy-three million dollars.
That's the latest estimate for the damage last November's freak storms did to Olympic, North Cascades, and Mount Rainier national parks. Not included in that estimate is the damage to Glacier, which also was pummeled and incurred, I believe, about $5 million worth of damage.
Anyway, for some fun facts and figures on what the storms did to Olympic, North Cascades and Mount Rainier, check out this story in The Olympian of Olympia, Washington. The factoids run down the right-hand column.
